The opening comes in conjunction with the thick of the construction/paving season. Proudly serving the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area and beyond, DVA will soon become the Philadelphia Region’s go-to supplier of high quality asphalt products.
DVA became a trusted member of The H&K Group Family of Companies in 2017. Our facility is strategically located in Southwest Philadelphia (just off of Passyunk Avenue) at the site of H&K’s Delaware Valley Recycling facility, which has operated at this location since 1991. Utilizing a brand-new Astec double drum, 400 ton per hour plant, our state of the art facility produces and supplies all standard Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) mixes, SUPERPAVE mixes as well as a wide variety of custom designs. With three 300-ton storage silos and an on-site laboratory, we have the capability to supply exceptional asphalt whenever and wherever our customers need it. DVA is also approved for nighttime operations, so we are fully capable of meeting off-peak and compressed paving schedules. Delaware and New Jersey Department of Transportation (DelDOT and NJDOT) approvals pending.
